Composite Goat Meat


1 Kg. Goat meat, 1 onion, 1 cup of oil, 1 red pepper, 1 cup of red wine, 1 red pepper, paprika, thyme, cloves, cumin, water and salt.



1. The goat meat is cut into tacos and seasoned.

2. Sauté the onion in the oil and add the meat until golden brown.

3. Then add the pepper, the paprika, the hot pepper, the thyme, the cloves, the cumin and the wine and leave it on the fire for about 15 minutes.

4. Finally, add the water to cover the meat and cook for about an hour and a half.

5. Accompanied with wrinkled potatoes.


Macerate the meat two days before with red wine, bay leaf, oregano, garlic, paprika and black pepper for more flavor, then simmer it to make it tender!
