Fish soup

Ingredients:

1 kg of fish (usually sama), ½ kg of potatoes, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, cumin, salt, oil, saffron paprika, coriander, mint and pepper.

Elaboration:

1. Put the peeled potatoes, onion, tomato and pepper, all whole, with a little oil, paprika, saffron, coriander, peppermint, cumin, garlic, in a cauldron with water. , salt and pepper and put on the fire.

 

 2. When it begins to boil, add the fish and cook until the potatoes are cooked.

TIP:

There is no fishing town where this dish is not made, so its recipe easily changes ingredients; but they all have fresh fish in common (the old ones give the broth a lot of personality).
